We’ll explore movement that feels right for you—whether that’s walking, jogging, Pilates, or weight training. We’ll look into different ways of eating, from vegetarian to lower carb to intermittent fasting, always with the goal of finding a balanced approach that truly works for you.
To support you fully, I draw on flexible, evidence-based tools from solution-focused coaching, intuitive eating, body image and self-esteem work, and even sexology—because feeling well in your body is about more than food and exercise.
